The on loan Manchester United striker was a regular scorer during his first loan spell at the club but since returning in the summer, appearances have been far more limited and goals have been non existent in his ten appearances so far this season.
To date just one of those appearances has been a start but then he only got four last time around – although substitute appearances totalled seventeen.
MUTV was in town yesterday to check on the progress of one of their youngsters but it was with sadness that Brandy said that they had little to report on his progress.
“I have been involved in every game,” Brandy told the Evening Post, “but, to be honest, I haven’t really played as much as I wanted to. When I came back to Swansea I thought I might be involved in a few more games.
“That’s the reason why I came on loan โ to gain some first-team experience so that, hopefully, I could go back to United and break into the first team there. But things haven’t really gone in my favour and it’s been a bit frustrating.
“I am young and eager to get going and I want to show people what I can do,” Brandy adds.
“But I’m not the type to start moaning or asking why the gaffer’s doing this or that because that’s not going to get you anywhere.
“At the end of the day the gaffer knows what he’s doing and I’ve just got to keep working hard.”
Brandy also does not believe that Roberto’s preferred formation suits him and he added “I’m a nippy striker and that’s not really my game
“I will see what the gaffer at United says,” Brandy added when asked what happens when his loan spell is up.
“If he wants me to stay here I will stay and if he wants me to go on loan somewhere else I will do that.”
