The Swansea City man told the Evening Post
“I’m really liking it in there, I get to see a lot of the ball and I’ve got good boys behind me,” said Gower, who turned 32 yesterday.
“I’m learning every game โ where I should be when certain things happen and I like to think I’ve got a bit of quality on the ball, so it’s working out well.
“In the three years I’ve been here this is probably the most points we’ve had at this stage of the season so it’s something to build on.
“We’re not over the moon going into the international break because we would have liked three points from our last game. But we’re unbeaten in our last two, doing well in the League Cup and we’re in and around the play-off positions.
“We’re going to go to Reading in a completely different frame of mind,” said Gower.
“Reading have some good individuals, the manager that came in did a good job with them last year and they’ve started off well this year.
“We didn’t score any goals on Saturday, but I think it was there for all to see that time and again we got behind them.
“But that’s not been the story this year, we’ve been clinical in front of goal and Saturday was just one of those days.”
