The players has finally signed on the dotted line at the Liberty Stadium after a drawn out signing saga because of Kemy’s knee injury.
The Dutch midfielder has signed a two year deal to be a Swansea player and he told the Evening Post “I’ve worked hard to get back from the injury and started integrating with the squad on the training field this week
“I only did about two weeks of pre-season training before I joined up with Swansea in Holland. Then I picked up the injury, so I’ve had a bit of catching up to do.
“But I’m feeling good and I hope to push myself into the frame against Reading a week on Saturday.
“It’s nice to finally get everything agreed,” added Agustien. “I’m just so excited about it.”
He added: “Swansea made a really big impression on me in Holland and I had a great week with the lads.
“I’ve played for quite a few teams so far in my career, but I’ve never felt as welcome at a club as I did when I joined up with Swansea in Holland.
“I’ve never been treated so well by a squad of players. There are no big-time players here. Everyone is treated the same and behaves the same.
“They are a great bunch and they’ve given me a great welcome. Now I just can’t wait to get started again.”
