The Swansea City manager finally completed the signing of the Dutch midfielder on Thursday morning on a two year deal after a drawn out saga that started back in the summer.
But he believes that the wait was worthwhile and tipped Kemy to go to the highest level when he told the Evening Post “He has the attributes that can take him to the highest level in the British game
“He is mobile, he gets about the pitch well, he is strong and a good player with the ball at his feet. He has everything we would look for.
“Technically he is strong, tactically he understands the game and physically he can deal with the game inย Britain”
