Gower underwent a scan this week and results from that scan have confirmed a Grade Two scan on his hamstring with the absence now estimated.
Gower sustained the injury in last week’s victory at Reading and will miss key fixtures over the next month including Wigan in the Carling Cup and almost certainly the derby against Cardiff on November 7.
