Speaking to the Western Mail, Sinclair said โThe squad is down but we can only move on from it
โWe canโt do anything about the Cardiff defeat now, the game is done.
โWeโve got Middlesbrough away to look ahead to and we have to concentrate on that.
โWeโve bounced back a lot of times already this season I donโt think confidence will be an issue.
โWeโve just got to get on with it.
โSometimes in a season there are going to be disappointments along the way, so we will take it on board and try and turn it around.
โThe best thing now is that we bounce back and donโt get too disheartened by the one result.
โIt was very disappointing,โ he added.
โI thought we dominated the game in the second half but then conceded the late goal.
โI had a lot of space on the left flank and kept running at the full-back. I managed to create quite a few chances.
โAs long as we are creating the chances thatโs the main thing.โ
