Wales are going to the World Cup in Qatar after a nerve jangling 1-0 win against Ukraine in this afternoon’s play-off final in Cardiff.

Gareth Bale’s free kick was headed into his own net by Andriy Yarmolenko to send Welsh fans into raptures and take the national team to a place few would ever have believed possible.

Wales will take on Iran, USA and England in the group stage games this winter with the first game taking place against the Americans on Monday November 21st.

The final game will be against England on the 29th with the two top placing teams in the group progressing to the knockout stages.

We’ll see you there, Wales!
