Even when signed in to the site are a nightmare. Thought it would be ok on an iPad.

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
Thank you though for all the memories

That's odd, i don't see any, logged in on laptop here, or if I browse as a guest using I phone.
Edit: On laptop I have adblock plus installed, and it says 3 are blocked on this site, but on i phone, I have no ad blocker installed.

The ads pop up on every page on the site my end. I don’t have any problem on my laptop as I have adblocker also.

There are some errors reported in the logs - not huge ones just requests being rejected causing the pages not to load. Have raised a ticket with the hosting company Phil, get yourself down to the Bagle for the last pint and de-stress. Mention me and you'll get a free pint as my lad is...

Just giving a latest update we have finally today started the work on the advertising to get it to where it needs to be.
It will take a few days (maybe up to a week) just to settle down and make the necessary tweaks with the same principle as before being the aim (to have less ads for those logged in compared to those who aren't)
During this time you may see some ads (logged in) that I don't want you to see but until it settles that may happen from time to time. In particular on the agenda is the video ad that sticks to the bottom of the screen.
Please just bear with us for a few more days - will get there - been a little sidelined this week with work matters

I see Phil has covered in the well I'm in bois, but what I would try is go to settings and clear website data for this site, also clear browsing history from safari. It seems odd that I am unaffected by ads browsing as guest, and some are. Clearing site data and history won't hurt anyway, I'd give that a quick go,
