• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Gotta give it to Patino mind, you could well understand his disillusionment given how his time here has played out but he was enjoying the celebrations as much as anyone 👍

Personal motivations were set aside for 24 hours yesterday, every single member of that squad was focused on just winning that game. That's down to Williams and his team, who did a fantastic job in getting everyone behind that idea. That was the difference between yesterday and September.

Quietest away fans all season. Even quieter than the 250 Norwich brought in midweek when they lost 2-1.

Pitiful club with a deluded fanbase ready to lube up for the next idiot happy to throw money in their direction
Poor weren't they? And I'm not just saying that because it was them. Im not sure if they were actually the quietest (we've had 2 or 3 down here this season that have been near-silent), but must be the quietest for a full away end. We've had tiny away crowds of a few hundred make a lot more noise.

Not that they were given anything to cheer about, apart from our pen miss.
