How long is it going to be before someone gets a facial injury with this new bottle design ? the one with the cap attached to the bottle . I understand they are trying to recycle the top but for goodness sake, what a rubbish and dangerous way to go about it. Someone is going to get hurt, hopefully not a child.

In what way are they going to get hurt?

Could cut their lip , or the underneath of their nose, their skin is very delicate at a young age. It's not the brightest idea imo and makes drinking out of a bottle far more difficult than it should be .

As it happens, I managed to nick my bottom lip drinking from a bottle of Lucozade the other day. I'm not a fan of it either.

Can’t say I’ve noticed them being sharp. If they are then I’d imagine they’ll be having more than a few claims made against them.

I had a bottle of water, yesterday afternoon and the top was attached. Every time I was taking a swig, the top was digging in to the side of my mouth.

Looks to me like the usual story of big companies pretending to do their bit for the planet at the customers expense!!, when if they want to do that, put another few centimetres on the bit attached to the bottle, to keep the top away from the face!!

Those tops aren't exactly smooth.
