• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

If the game stays like this, I can see us winning this with ease. However it wouldn't be the first time we've retreated into our shell in the 2nd half, made awful subs and thrown it all away.

Game changers off the bench is something we are desperately short on

We look a lot better when we put a proper team out. Apart from a stupid gift, we’ve been good. Looking to play forward with more purpose than 90% of the games under Williams. Let’s hope Grimesy gives a good half time team talk…more of the same…and we hold off with the brain dead pre planned substitutions.

All in all, much more encouraging overall than it has been up to Boxing Day.

I rarely feel confident until it's clearly out of reach. We all know how pear-shaped it often goes after 70 mins, regardless of our lead!

Missed the first half as i was driving home (no commentary on Radio Wales?), but it sounds like Eom is all over them?

Lack of strength in depth means almost any substitution from this starting 11 weakens the team.

Yeah, I can’t see a single one that doesn’t make us worse. Three at once would kill us.

I'm enjoying this far more than the QPR game, very entertaining and we could/should have scored another couple.

Luton's two big lumps up front are giving Cabango and Darling something to deal with and only a brain fart from Vigouroux has cost us a clean sheet so far

We just need to keep playing at tempo, the chances will come. It's a lot tighter than against QPR though, thanks to Luton's high press.
