• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

I've tried to give LW some leeway, but now I wish he would go.

Honestly - and sadly - I feel that I've had lethargy and indifference pummelled into me the last 4 or 5 years. I couldn't really care less if LW stays or leaves. We'll probably appoint someone with the same gameplan anyway. We're going to finish around 12-14th probably. Meh.

What makes this worse is Portsmouth have been rubbish, we just just keep gifting them goals and opportunities
I’m not sure about that. They’ve moved the ball more quickly and showed some quality to finish off their chances, even if we gifted them.

Ahh maybe it's not luke and the players fault then, Portsmouth have clearly deserved the 4-0 win. What are we complaining about.

Any positivity that I had after that first half on Boxing Day was beaten down last weekend when we managed to labour to a win against Luton. What was left has been thoroughly ground down and crushed today.

Now I just want Williams gone and hopefully we get in a manager who will actually play players in their correct positions and doesn't try to reinvent the wheel so drastically that it no longer even functions (like Williams his full back midfielders)

I've been almost hoping they'd get a 5th or even 6th. And I don't feel guilty of that. Williams has killed my support, and I was 75 in December. Supported since 1954/55, taken to the Vetch by my dad. I can't stand the sight of the useless twat when he's talking to that yes man of an interviewer.
