Does anyone still buy these?

Just watching Countryfile and a lovely husband and wife were showing how they make thier soap out of goats milk and manuka honey.

Got me thinking when I last used a bar of soap

Yes, buy really nice Sandalwood soap bars in TK Maxx. Also got a soap on a rope for certain situations......

Sandlewood soap sounds nice, but are bars of soap are the next thing to go after newspapers. Next to nobody buys these things anymore, same goes for tents, everyone had a tent 30 years ago.

I only use soap for washing face and showering, probably habit more than anything. There’s a shower gel on the shelf but it will take me a year to get through it.

I used to use soap when having a bath. Can't remember the last time I had one of them, probably about 20 years ago.
Shower gel is easier to use in the shower for a lazy bastard like me, soap is too much like hard work.

More shower gel ends up on the floor than it does on my body, so another reason why I gave up on it.

There's a technique involved Coops, pit first (arm by your side to lather it up) then work down

I love AP but that is literally the first time I've seen that!! Brilliant

I tend to use the liquid soap pumps when I’m using a sink, but in the shower it’s always a bar of soap, normally Dove.
