Mr Andrew Coleman

True

We needed strengthening

1 midfielder replaced by another (loan)
1 back up Loan CB replaced by another.

Squad player not replaced.
Next home game we should be turning up with our pitch forks ready to run Coleman out of town.

What will happen is fans will murmur their discontent with each other whilst shuffling out of the stadium after another defeat.

Wednesday won't bring many so there will be stark reality stating Coleman in the face

Edit

Staring

Majority of fans will be happy with the two loan signings we've made.

Most are completely oblivious to what's going on around them.
I really don't think so, all the Swans fans i know are seriously p1ssed off.
I think this is a turning point to be honest

Agreed, most are not happy with this and Coleman is going to see a lot of pressure now on him.

He will take a lot of the eyes off Williams and a defeat against Bristol will see all attention aimed at Coleman and he will react.

It's going to get messy for Coleman now.

He's in a bit of trouble isn't he!?

Unless he delivers between now and 11pm then there is going to be a lot of questions to answer and a lot of people calling for his head.

Failure to do as previous then he is facing the raft of either being a liar or being a complete failure.

I thought it was as toxic as it could get but I appeared to be wrong.

He’s utterly unsuited to be leading the football side of a club. None of them (Coleman, Cravatt, Cohen and Morris) have a bloody clue sbout how to run a football club. They may be businessmen, but football clubs don’t stand or fall on their commercial sales or their balance sheets. There’s the little matter of having a team that can perform on the pitch.

Just to reiterate, they know f*ck all about football. Why they haven’t put in a role for someone who does is beyond me. How the hell have these clowns made their money until now? (Which isn’t enough money to waste on a football team either, but that’s another rant lol)

This month gave him the opportunity to prove his worth and he blew it once again.
Smurph I don't know what worth he could prove in this window with both hands and one leg tied behind his back due to our FFP constraints.

I posted in the Wright thread that as angry as people might be about the lack of strengthening in the squad the reality is right now without any financial rope to hang ourselves with we are left with scraping the barrel or getting deals done on the quiet.

The Grimes sale has given us a little bit of wiggle room which led to the Wright bid (Mekell was on the cards anyway from what I can ascertain), the fact it happened late in the window hasn't helped our situation and if Grimes had stayed we likely would have had just Mekell (who was loaned back as part of the deal) and maybe another 1 or 2 loan signings.

Now we are in the position where it looks like last minute panic buys/loans. While some of that is no doubt true the speed of the Wright bid suggests that it was some succession planning that was scouted out in advance should Grimes ever be sold.

Just sounds like a load of excuses.

They've had 4 months to plan for this window and we have two loan signings to show for it.

Are they going to shake this fists in frustration if they see Coleman.

We did fuck all about it when the sells out hung around the club like a bad smell.

Fans are angry and justifiably so, but 2 months is not enough time to fix what has become a chronic disease inside the club. Like it or not if you went into this January transfer window expecting 3 or 4 signings and all of our deadwood to be shipped off or flogged for any meaningful amount of money then I am sorry you are living in a dreamland.

This month gave him the opportunity to prove his worth and he blew it once again.

I was happy to treat this as a clean slate as the first window since the takeover, and give him a fresh chance to prove he's learned from previous mistakes. I wanted to eat humble pie.

But after this window him, Morris and Cravatt can go fuck themselves. They've learnt nothing, and the guff we've been fed about new scouting models and data analytics etc bearing fruit is just gaslighting an entire fanbase.

I still think we'll just about stay up this season but next season we're 100% going down, they are clueless. It's a slow motion car crash.

The club is in a malaise, you are correct.

Only signing two players on loan after 4 months of panning is unforgivable, even if you are living in dreamland.

How anyone can stick up for Coleman after this latest shower of shit is quite frankly bizarre.

Same here.

Thought to myself now the shackles of twit and twat are off this is a chance for him to show he has what it takes.

Dare I say it, he's even worse than the other pair and they took some beating.
