Swans TV Overcharge

I was charged 4 times for the Middlesborough game and I sent an email requesting them to stop the additional charges before the charges changed from pending to paid. I had no response and now of course the money has been paid.

I've sent another email today but wondering is there a number of better email rather than the swans TV email you get when you buy the tickets. Really mad I've had no response.

You'd be better off paying £70 for a firestick. More reliable than the official service, which sounds to me like a racket - I've heard of dozens of similar complaints. Plus you'll get loads more besides.

You don't even need a firestick. Epaul links to a website each game that shows every match taking place everywhere that day.
It's perfectly watchable coverage.

Swans TV has a call center in Nigeria, give them a call!

They are arseholes. Refused to refund after not providing a stream in the past. Absolute arseholes and crooks.

What on earth happened to proper fans ? The types that support us through thick 'n thin.......

We have a batch of Season Tickets perennially subscribed to.
If unable to attend, always sign up to SwansTV.

That's a very ambiguous answer to the question.

Last home game was Leeds and last away game was Bristol due to Williams destroying my enjoyment.

Next home game is Hull, can't attend any others prior to that due to other commitments.

SwansTv isn't worth the money. If the club want to people to invest their hard earned cash they should offer a product worth investing in.

Don't blame you for Williams and ofc the entire Martin tenure - same for me.

OFC Swans TV is worth the money - it's money in the coffers of the Club we support. Fin.

Not that I want to get involved in this debate . But, I am not one to divide who is or isn't a real fan. Many will say you have to attend games or be a fan for years etc. Something I don't agree on. If you are a fan from other side of the world then fantastic. If you are new then brilliant. That's the future. Personally I put my money into the club and call that what you will, is the service bad? Yes. Would I pay another provider for all of the games for a better service. Most likely. As Swans TV is terrible. Just go and see my posts from last year and how I was with few on this forum the driving force behind them having to fix their coverage issues, which lead to them publicly apologising, hence me knowing who to speak to now with issues. Maybe I'm going off the topic a bit, but too many fans think you have to do things or say things that makes you a Swans Fan i get points about putting money in club and firesticks. So it's a difficult debate. I'm not sure what my point was. Basically, I undertand all sides of the argument.

Swans Jack (clearly POTY, already, as already mentioned), not a difficult debate at all - Real Fans are those that actively support our Club by CONTRIBUTING something.

Some of our plastic shouty types on swans SM contribute nothing by not attending nor signing up to SwansTV - it really is that simple.

That's absolutely disgusting! It certainly makes one have no faith in the product. Swans Tv is supposed to be a legitimate company, not some shady seller.

What a load of baloney! A fan is a fan, it does not matter how much cash they input into the club.

You sound like some sort of deranged teenage Britney Spears fan, saying ' Oooh I have just bought official Merchandise, and I'm supporting Britney, not like you so called fans watching on illegal streams, and buying fake memorabilia ' Seriously, unless you have a financial interest, why on earth would it bother you?
