The Chase card was great because you got the actual exchange rate when you chose no conversion but with the ATM charging it makes a huge difference so I will get a Wise Card and see how that goes with ATM charges.I got a wise card when I went away at Christmas as mentioned decent exchange rate easy to transfer from standard bank account to Wise.

Although I think high street banks are waking up to us all using no-charge alternatives. I had an email from Lloyds a couple of weeks ago saying they were going to drop their charges for overseas transactions a withdrawals. They probably just load the charges on the exchange rate though.Loads of things have changed in Europe since Brexit, perfect excuse to charge Brit's anything they like.
