Zeidane Inoussa

5 year contract to spread the staggered transfer payments.

Hull made an official bid of 80m SEK for him last August which was around 5.9m pounds..

If thats what we paid then a 3 year contract would have incurred an installment payment of 2m/year. On a 5 year contract its only 1.2m/year

Makes sense to do a 5 for cash flow and PSR reasons.

We have officially confirmed this signing on the club site. Wonder why we havent done that on Bobby Wales yet. He is supposed to be in for a medical this week tho

He's still a Kilmarnock player until the end of the SPL season.

Bobby Wales played for Kilmarnock against St Johnston yesterday.
and Inouusa would probably have played for Hacken over the weekend if he wasnt injured

With players in the same country league clubs can only talk to otherclubs/players 30 days before the end of their contract so we cant for example do anything about LOB until June 1st re talks.

When looking at players from other leagues/countries and that includes Scotland we can talk to clubs/players 6 months before the end of their contract and tie them down to pre-contracts.

Anyway, moving on. Me anyway

Mate, all I'm saying is Bobby Wales will still be a Kilmarnock player until the end of the SPL season (3 more games) that is why, no medical or signing can be announced yet.

Interestingly this is where Eom is primarily played at the moment.

Perhaps this is to give competition on the left instead of Oli Cooper or to possibly move Eom into the 10 position to compete with Widell?
We need competition for Ronald as well - his effort is stellar, particularly defensively, but his final ball and ability to understand the offside rule are terrible. Some pressure on his starting role might focus the mind on improving.

Bit of background on Zeidane Inoussa from a Swedish interview between Zeidane and a Häcken "kitman" from a month ago.

"- named after Zinédine Zidane as his father watched football so his family wanted him to be a football player.

- In his spare time he watches series, reads, occasionally plays video games, trains and takes it easy.

- Favourite club - Chelsea

- Would love to play in the Premier League"

Was very chilled, laid back, down to earth and patient under the interview.

Ok one last response. Inoussa is in exactly the same position. Still a Hacken player and their season is in progress just like Killie's in SPL. So dont see a difference
You asked the question why Wales hasn't been down for his medical, I explained the situation to you, no need to get your knickers in a twist 😉

Laughing they are not. Question was why not announced as signing. Think his medical is this week. Wed. Been at least 10 years since I had a back and forth with someone, not my style. So all good.(y)

Welcome to JA.net. not everyone agrees on here, as long as its healthy debate. Great to see so many new posters on here from the Guestbook, your all very welcome indeed 🫶

I had this conversation with someone previously and pulled up his performances from the previous four games. He got caught offside an average of 1.5 times per game which is well within the acceptable range for an attacking player
