I think they had the chance for Buckingham, last minute decided to pursue Nathan Jones - I’d piss my pants if he turns them down and they lose out on Buckingham too (Plymouth want him).

They’d be back to square one with the transfer window well and truly under way.

They just seem like an absolute mess of a club at the moment.

The only club that Buckingham should ever manage is Crystal Palace

The season finished a month ago, they sacked Riza nearly 2 months ago, and they appear no closer to appointing a new manager, with the transfer window open for 8 more days before closing again.

Being in their position, needed to overhaul the squad and plan for next season in a new division- they need someone in sharpish.
