What Ewe Watching

I went to see Johnny Rotten giving a talk a couple of years ago and he reckoned because his wife took so long to get ready they missed the flight.
Dar, my wife took 45 minutes to do her make-up to go to the Marquis Arms last night. We are truly screwed.
RIP JR 🙏

Just watched the last episode of Mobland, Sue Perb.

No way that’s not coming back for season 2, Shirley.

The folks I work with who claim to know about that sort of thing say there's no prospect of season two happening due to the casting costs.

It has a heck of a lineup, admittedly.

Rewatched 'One Day' on netflix. I'm hardly what you woul dcall a romantic but I have to say, I dont think I have ever watched a better series. The book was great. The film was terrible but this.... They just got it right. The casting was note perfect. 14 episodes. The best thing that has ever been on netflix without a doubt.

Lol.. Your mates know NOTHING, the majority of the actors on Mobland, are struggling for gigs, even my favourite from the series Tom Hardy, have you seen the state of Havoc on Netflix?

Anyway it's my series of the Year so far, and I just hope your mates have not got a clue. :)

On a more realistic note, I did google will there be a Season 2, straight after I watched the last episode, and it seems the consensus is. Yes!! there will be. Hoorah.

My wife said, "Many thanks" 👍

Dept. Q on Netflix. Just finished it, I hope there’s going to be a sequel. Superb.

Do you think he’s really that useless in real life, or is it put on for the cameras. Brilliant show nevertheless.

Nah I doubt it, he's getting better at what he does though, but he's trying to do things that he's never had to do he's like a wet behind the ears apprentice, do you remember those days :p but he spends money like water, the program highlights the problems farmers face though the weather is a crop killer which costs farmers thousands upon thousands, but like he often says that he has got other income streams he can rely on whereas Farmers in general only get their earnings from the land they farm etc.

I think this last series is the best of the lot, once he gets something in his head he does it and chucks thousands at it, I really enjoy watching him, but I'm not sure if I'd like him if I met him and spent 10 mins in his company.

The opening day for pub debacle was down to him trying to be too ambitious in getting it opened for the bank holiday. Great viewing mind.

When you have £50m+ in the bank, he can afford to throw money at it. Plus that net worth goes up with every season, so it’s a win win for him really. I work with a dairy farm owner, he explains to me all the time about the costs of trying to turn a profit. Different type of farm to Clarkson obviously.
