• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Got what they deserved. Horrible, one dimensional, bus parking performance. I always enjoy when any team gets their comeuppance playing like that.

That's also why Southampton will be in the mix for top 2.

Manning superb on both goals. Long season for Wrexham. Still playing same style.
Out of possession: aggressive borderline fouling pressing
In Possession: hoofball
Would have said the same even if they had won.
I think they'll be fine, but if they're struggling by Christmas, they'll definitely sack Parkinson.

Been a fine manager in the lower leagues (and had some amazing cup upsets of course), but his Championship record is pretty dire. Bit like Warnock in that his football was never good enough for the PL, perhaps Parkinson's will never be good enough for the Championship?

After watching the first two games, I'm convinced this will be one the most open championships ever. I personally don't think there will be any outstanding team this year.

The Southampton from two years ago is a much better team and Wrexham won't trouble the top half, very limited. You need more at this level.

Southampton will be a different team at the end of the transfer window.
Sounds like they're about to sell Dibling for around £50 million.
They'll strengthen with that money.

Blades going to be under pressure next week after being turned over by the wurzels, we will need a strong start and early goal

Brizzle could have scored 8 in this game..Sheff Utd very open defensively

Leicester City v Sheffield Wednesday is interesting, both sets of fans chanting for thier owners to get out of thier club

The Owls almost snuck a point with a tremendous rearguard action after Bannon had been red carded, but got hit with a sucker punch three minutes from the end. Piss poor defending from a corner, even worse than ours yesterday.
Two ex Swans on show, Jason Ayew and Jamal Lowe.
Wednesday have got a hell of a young keeper, 20yo N. Irishman called Charles, he won't be with them long.

That Jason Ayew is almost as good as his twin Jordan 😃
