I have no interest in who Adam Worth is, and if it wasn’t for the potentially spurious Dimi connection it would barely be discussed. If he is perceived to be doing a good job he should be allowed to get on with it. Whatever happens he won’t be around forever so let’s just hope he is successful whilst in post.
100%. Who it is does not concern me one bit. What does concern me is the banks of empty seats we see unless we are playing one of the big guns or a local derby. Hopefully success on the pitch will bring people back through the turnstiles. Kids for a quid would help. Family packages. The empty seats are earning the club nowt.
Apart from that, this is the first season for a very long time that there is a positive vibe in the air. The excitement when these new players were being signed in the summer was fantastic.

Totally agree. I really don't understand why people have to create a false narrative.

Whoever Adam is, he's doing a fantastic job and long may it continue.

Let's hope the introduction of the Junior Jack Pack will help us move in the right direction with attracting the next wave of Swansea City supporters.

To the Club person(s😉) who post here :- all well and good publicly saying we all want Sheeeezy to succeed and get bums on seats, however most proper fans can see that Sheeeezy is highly unlikely to deliver what we crave, what we deserve and what the massively talented squad is capable of.
- Some of our players are regressing.
- Some of our proper fans are switching off, already.

We play to his character. His character is bland, boring, predictable, safe.

No way Sheeezy gets the gig had he not had that lucky purple patch. He's a #2, a manager's assistant, at this level.

Definitely has the squad. I agree its down to him to get the best out of them. His success last season will soon be forgotten if the results go against us. Gonna hang on to my optimism a bit longer though.

Very good post.
Probably put a lot better than I was trying to deliver in my posts but in line with what I think on the matter.

That's the big debate though, where does this squad deserve to finish on paper. That's another discussion point.

Is the squad as good or possibly not as good as people think.
I certainly believe that Sheehan deserves a full season and mid table would be the success for me with an opportunity to push on for next season.
That's one thing that I think has been an issue in recent seasons, expectancy has been a bit too much.

I think holding back on the optimism is a level headed thing to do. The squad looks decent but there are still many factors that follow on from that.

Yes, defo has the depth and width of talented squad, with some proper gems that deserve a proper gem of a manager.

However Sheeezy doesn't have the requisite depth, width, personality nor Emotional Intelligence. And he certainly isn't the gem our sparkly new recruitment apparatus would unearth, no chance.

Optimism, absolutely - there's no doubt our recruitment expertise will deliver the right manager, at the right time (not too early to upset the sheezy sheeple, and obvs not too late) befitting of our ambitions, our massive playing talent and the lofty expectations of proper fans.

.

We've played six league games so it's obviously far too early to come to any kind of definitive opinion on how good a job Dimi has done.

It's probably easier to play down who he is if you weren't around at the time he was "contributing" to these forums. Speaking as someone who was, I don't think the idea of him having a position of serious power and influence at the club will ever sit comfortably with me.

I think most would have an idea on that.
Unfortunately, postings can be made to correct and just as easily to discourage if it doesn't suit.

No one is entitled to know what goes on but it's a dangerous line to tow if respect and honesty isn't given to the lifeblood of the club....the fans.

Clubs certainly need to be careful when posting online, many things can come back to bite on the backside if the true identity is discovered.......footballers have been caught out for historic posts.
The Club has earned massive respect - top notch Owners and a top notch Senior Management team with massive leading edge expertise. Delivered a squad capable of promotion. Got rid of the toxic MartinsWillyWays. Cutting our cloth appropriately to deliver winning ways, off and on the pitch . Excellent, open comms and engagement with fans......etc etc

Hardly a dangerous line to toe, for proper fans with proper perspective, Daps.

It's the complete opposite to what you've been banging on about for weeks.

Honestly you're complete contradiction, anyway the wind blows....

Some fans love causing drama when there is no drama

Our owners are a breath of fresh air, we have done a decent job in the summer window but none of it screams out to me as a club who are certainly going to be up and around the top 6 and that seems to be the feeling with the bookies and pundits.

As suggested, bits early doors to be making such statements although the feel is a lot better and we are certainly striding forward......something that hasn't really happened since Levien/Kaplan bought the club.

What more do they need to do? Honestly what more do you need from them?

After years of underinvestment on and off the pitch we finally get owners who get the club and it's not enough for you.

Clearly you're only on here to troll.

That post you replied to was positive and complimentary of the club.
I just don't expect the club to be hitting 6th gear this season.
It won't just happen over night but if they carry their good work on then I do believe we will have a chance to challenge for the top 6 in a couple of seasons.....this season is probably too early in my opinion.
