People who think it’s great that our fans were louder than their fans at 0-3 need to read up on the purpose of Association Football.
As long as there’s a bit of noise at Southampton next week I’ll take a 0-3 now.

Fuck. Ing. Hell.

I think it’s great that our fans were louder than theirs.

I don’t think the scoreline was great.

They’re not mutually exclusive.

Where the hell was VAR? As soon as Guehi touches that ball Watkins is offside - not a tad - a FUCKING MILE.
Of course we were roundly beaten - but imagine the uproar of that had been Moore and Wison at the other end!
I would imagine that VAR is not considered necessary for friendlies? 🤔

Have to say that England looked slick and assured for the 1st half, whilst we were combative enough not to turn it into an complete and utter drubbing in the 2nd half.

And yet, despite how easy it was for them throughout the game for the most part, they’ve still yet to prove themselves as being the real deal what it matters most.

Ever since their World Cup triumph in, when was it now?, oh yes ‘66, they’ve been the perennial bottlers. They really have squandered the talent that they’ve possessed over the years up to and including their current squad.

Football hasn’t come home for them ever since the ‘66 win, that Baddiel and Skinner’s Three Lions song sings longingly about in ‘96, and there’s no guarantee it ever will after what is now going on nearly 60 years of hurt.

Did Bellamy really say

They have a German in charge now, picking talented players. They’ll could well win one of their next two tournaments I reckon, giving the frog faced c**t even more of a boost. They should have won something already even with a (decent bloke but) massive managerial muppet running the show.

Or they won’t, and they’ll melt down again, which would be most amusing.
