• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

I agree 100% with Sam on cutting your cloth accordingly, it's insanity to keep stubbornly asking players to do the same thing when it's clearly failing every week. Like Martin, Williams, and coaches of that ilk.

However, he talks of entertainment, which I find ironic given that he, Pulis, Warnock and a few others I could mention spent their careers serving up some of the most dreadful to watch football this country's ever seen - horrible, cynical shithouse tactics designed to spoil a match. They are the other end of the scale. They don't even try to play to begin with.
Listen to what he said fans get excited about winning its results that count.

Like yesterday's game.
Yep I was pleased we won.......but like big Sam said would have liked to see us get a few.more balls into the oppisitions box.....how many were there?....probably just 10.....maybe?

Good, hopefully yesterday will restore a little confidence in the team and we can start playing with a bit more oomph.

I do agree with you that the games haven't been that thrilling for a while. I think he can do well with us though

Yeah, I'm perfectly capable of listening and that's what I did, thanks.

I might call you patronising, but you might take that as a lack of respect, so I'll stop short there I think.
