Can someone please give me a crash course in what qualifications/experience he has to be in the post he is? Thanks.
This is my concern.Every sizeable business has a large number of skilled data analysts allowing them to inform decisions, we appear to be allowing them to make them
This is my concern.
Having never met the guy or interacted with him online I have no axe to grind.
I’m just very surprised that somebody with such limited experience in football appears to have such an influence on the major decisions that shape the club.
‘Learning lessons’ appears to be a theme every summer for the last 10 years but if we do manage to retain our Championship status this season then we surely have to appoint someone with significant football experiebce in one of the key decision making positions at the club.
Indeed - I cringed even typing it!'Learning lessons' but then continue doing the same thing as we've always been doing.
Only the people that recruited him, knowing their specific requirement of the post they were looking to fill, could answer this. Can someone please give me a crash course in what qualifications/experience he has to be in the post he is? Thanks.
He has a linkedin page that will inform you of his work history and any other relevant information. He clearly doesn't have the background to be doing the role at the club.
I have read the post on X that suggests Phil is having info and I have read a few other X posts trying to get reporters to look into things as there is a story.
The bigger questions are, did he jump on with Cravatt or did he bring Cravatt attention to the club.
I think anyone who has posted on here over the years will know the score, people who are speaking up for him will be doing so for a reason.
Sports betting and football recruitment does not go!
