That should shock me...but unsurprisingly it hasn't. He's really not very good !Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere.
I heard today (on the *excellent* Jackcast podcast) that Ronald hasn't completed a cross in 12 games.
TWELVE GAMES.
For some unknown reason I have stuck up for Ronald. But if that's true with stats. That is shocking. It's funny as he was leading the assists and was second on goals at start of season. It's difficult with who to play. But surely Inoussa will add more. He did on the weekend.I am glad this sort of stat is being brought up more often re Ronald, because it seems that his first half a dozen or so appearances for the club - where he was half decent - still seem to hold a lot of sway with people.
The reality is he's a very unproductive player, and for someone who plays that position that is a real problem.
I mentioned this stat in another thread. I saw vital Swansea post it.Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere.

I don’t think that would help much. As soon as someone stands in the same postcode as him, he kicks it straight at them.I know what I would be doing if I had that stat!
Spend an hour after training, whipping balls into the box until my right foot falls off
You gone done it now. He will score and assist on Friday nowI don’t think that would help much. As soon as someone stands in the same postcode as him, he kicks it straight at them.
We can only hope. I’ve already forced Archer into taking 3 wickets and bowling an exceptional superfast 15 overs. I’m on a roll. You gone done it now. He will score and assist on Friday now![]()
Yes coaches call it using the developing foot. It looks like some players just refuse to use it or can’t have been coached, but that can’t be true, not at this level.Every player should spend time practicing passing, crossing and shooting with their non-favoured foot. The fact that professional players can’t use both feet for these 3 things is inexcusable.
