I dont watch terrestrial TV any more but after having tried to prove to the Beeb that I shouldnt have to pay, and it making no difference, I still buy a licence.

It's not worth the hastle in not paying up. Have considered not doing so, as we hardly watch terrestrial tv anymore, but it's on all the time, its more or less an ornament in the corner. I know folk who dont pay, and have never been hastled for payment or fined. Internet TVs are probably easier to trace, I guess.

That’s awful, I hardly ever watch terrestrial tv myself, but I do, and have a licence. But if you 100% don’t, then no way should you have to fork out for one.

I have seen first hand, what they are like with their threatening letters, when my wife’s father passed away, and his bank account was closed, the amount of nasty letters they sent was unbelievable, in the end we contacted them to tell them the situation, but within a few months, it all started again. It’s like regardless what you say, they will just keep on hassling you.

I can totally understand why some people would never want to tune into Live tv, and if you are that person, should you have to put up with years of intimidation, just because they don’t believe you.

I think calling someone say knob head would be classified as abuse or certainly abusive behaviour.

Get with the program, Itch its moved on from Trump,, well I think it’s moved on to the legitimacy of forking out for a license fee, when you don’t use BBC

I don’t know why you keep banging that drum? My initial post on this matter, was that unless you’re a bit dim, that the BBC Licence payer actually pays the costs, you were the only one to fail to see that.

You can laugh, and put as many smiles as you like, but the pure nitty gritty facts are, that you jumped ahead of yourself, and tried to protect the BBC at all costs.
