• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

The last few polls I seen had Plaid marginally ahead of Reform, this latest one has Plaid well ahead of Reform, although there are still a few months to go, it's looking good for Plaid to win the election, at this latest rate of travel could they even get a majority of seats.

That would be great news, but there’s a long way to go. Lots of closet racists out there.

Hopefully the Caerphilly by election was a good temperature gage in terms of the popularity or should I say the actually unpopularity of Reform in Wales when it came to voting for them.

I would hope Labour and Green voters, seeing the lie of the land, would vote tactically for Plaid. I would.
PS I don't know how the election is structured. Is there any form of PR?

It’s fully PR for the first time. No one is getting a majority. Vote Plaid. It’s the only way. Anything else gets Farage.
What do you think Plaid will do different to Labour, I think their polices will be along the same lines, closer even.
I don't like Lorath he's comes across as another political talking horse and we got enough of those, Farage being top dog in that regard.
To be honest I have no idea on who I'd vote for, it won't be Labour, Plaid and definitely not Reform.

I’ll let you know when the manifestos are available.

I’m not sure that’s strictly true (the last two sentences I mean)

If you don’t want Reform, but also don’t want Labour involved in any coalition there’s an equally valid argument for voting either Green or Lib Dem - especially if that poll is anywhere near accurate in terms of the National picture.

If Plaid fall short of a majority, then the Greens can jump into bed with us. Superb 😎

It’s my campaign slogan and I’m sticking to it. Vote Plaid or get Farage. It’s a dirty business. Truth is what you want it to be. 😂

It’s definitely the safest bet to get what you want and if you can get that percentage up to high 50s then you’re quids in irrespective of anything else.

However, there’s a pretty important race for the bronze medal and 10-15% of the vote in each of the 16 constituencies.

Which one(s) are in the race will depend where you live, but any of the Greens, Labour, Lib Dems or Tories getting that 3rd place will very likely pick up the 5th/6th seat in each one.
