Absolutely, mind you hit one in the creek and you can easily loose a few shots, but he seems to be well in control.
I'll look in on the fury match up, that russian looks a beast, never seen him box mind.👍
You can never rule out a meltdown either! Rory does look like he's on one so fingers crossed he keeps at it.

I've not see the lad fight either, not sure what to expect.

Last years win has given him all the confidence in the world, playing well in golf is all in the head, with a bit of talent thrown in.👍

Just had HBO max subscription so I can try Sopranos again. I’ve never got further than the first episode in about five attempts.
I've watched it eight times now and to be fair the first ep was done as a pilot and not very good in my opinion. A lot of cliched mob/Italian dialogue and many of the actors hadn't got into character properly yet but definitely persevere and by the end of Series 1 you'll be hooked, it does get better and for a 27 year old HBO Series it's aged pretty well.

He’s too pink to enjoy The Sopranos.

I'm enjoying The Lincoln Lawyer on Netflix, based on the Michael Connelly novels featuring LA defence lawyer Mickey Haller.

Those who know the novels know that Haller is supposed to be Harry Bosch's half brother, and this series has the same feel as 'Bosch' about it, a series I rated highly. The same style, the same production values, even some actor crossover, but they've introduced a bit of a twist, making Haller half Mexican on his mother's side, so quite a bit of Spanish dialogue (with subtitles) in it.

I’ve just started reading the Lincoln Lawyer again after many years. We saw all the Bosch and Lincoln Lawyer tv progs and enjoyed them all. Have you read the Ballard books too?

I think I've read the first one or two, but I'm a bit behind on my Bosch because I'm ploughing through my latest discovery, the Charlie Parker novels of Irish author John Connelly. Parker is a private detective, but the novels all have a very dark supernatural element about them. They are set in New England and there's 23 novels to date. I'm on number 16. Highly recommended.

SNL UK is pretty good. Not everything lands, sketch comedy is always hit and miss. But I’m enjoying it.

I’ll give it a go next.
