The ballboy thing can do one. Along with goalkeepers going down "injured" whenever their gaffer wants to give a quick team talk.

I'm all for the dark arts of football but that sort of stuff takes the piss.

Taking away those stupid 'technical areas' and making the manager sit down and shut up in the dugout would be better, or in the stand even better. Pick the team, choose when to substitute but otherwise get out the way during the match. Certainly none of these 'team talks' or speaking to the players during the game should be allowed.
