Successive council administrations have made some terrible decisions regarding our city centre. The current lot do appear to be a bit different in all fairness, the Arena and the Parc Tawe revamp are steps in the right direction so maybe there is some hope finally.

And proof you don't have to spend big money if you have smart recruitment. Dyer was 400K if I remember correctly & Rangel was peanuts (although post Brexit that transfer wouldn't happen now)
