    31 years ago today - Autoglass Trophy win

    1-1 3-1 win on penalties, with Super John Cornforth, Ampadu and Torpey scoring our penalties - iconic names from that era. This was the year I started supporting the Swans (glory grabber maybe? 😁), though my experience with them at Wembley a few years later wasnt as positive.

    100% agree. At some point we would have had to move on from Grimes and his way of playing (or at least his role in our team, which was consistent under a few managers), and although it would be painful (as it was in the initial game/s), then LOB comes in on big money and shows what is possible...

    I've been really impressed with him. Yes sometimes his distribution goes bit amiss, but I feel a lot more confident in his shot stopping than many others we have had (which used to be a key thing for a keeper, before they had to play as an extra defender!)
