If you asked me this early in week I would say yes. Take the risk on him. But a drop off in performance has started to creep back in. Knowone thought we would win yesterday but the passing was shocking. For me fickle as I am, and I change like the wind, I think we need someone else. To be fair I did point out in other posts lol that his test will be when we lose. For me let him stay till end of season to get us to safety and get someone in the summer. But I have gut feeling he will get the job next week.

All true but we don't have any attacking quality up top Bianchini is a pointless substitution that is made most weeks and bringing on Ginelly is just as bad cos there is nobody to cross to that can put it away.

Bianchini is a winger and its where he should be played.
Our playing him up top is due to a lack of alternative options in the position and not his favoured position at all

He shouldn't be given the job because he's not very good.

Comparing him to Williams isn't the greatest person to benchmark against.

It's interesting alot of people are saying we have bang average players. Not that I am over disagreeing. But for me it's still coaching issue. O Brian, the player we all rate has been giving away the ball more over last 2 games. Simple passes where there was a few seconds to think, passes by all players seem to go astray. Now is that them being tired, bad players or not being coached to be on it? It can't be bad players, purely as let's be honest, they wouldn't be professional football players if they can't pass it, that black and white. It appears the coaching is starting to show cracks. Yes he is more forward thinking coach, but if we can't coach the basics then he is not the man for us. I have advocated for him for the coach, and I have gut feeling he will get the job. Again, never trust me with the club

Cullen throughout the season became more obvious he is a no 10....this left us with just Vipotnik as our only striker. Given this situation, playing someone out of position up top is not a suprise.

Massive coaching issues.

Williams was out of his depth and Martin insisted on making the players do things they weren't capable of and constantly throwing them under the bus when they couldn't carry out his bat shit crazy ideas.

Any half decent manager would get this squad in to the top ten at a canter.

I've referenced Bellamy with Wales on previous occasions. The same group of players that Page had at his disposal yet light years away in performances.

Unfortunately Cullen is a league 1 or 2 ‘number 10’. In the championship he mostly plays like a number 2.

Still think it's 80% the players, 20% the coach. It was nearer 50/50 in the last two months of Williams. But generally speaking it's the players. They're just rubbish players. Most of them have been here two or three years, one or two even longer, being generally rubbish.

It needs a clear out. This idea we'll get a magician coach who can magic them into not being shite, it's like believing in unicorns.
