Lewis O’Brien

Did you just see the latest accounts published? We haven’t got a lot to piss in, so you need to tailor your expectations.
I'm not expecting alot, I would say my expectancy was less than the fee that was being published for the collapsed Jacob Wright deal if we stayed up.

This is why I would hope the clubs scouting is a lot sharper and we expand our options on what we can afford.

Have we got any scouts worthy of the name ??

Oh dear, the usual unthinking crew have shown themselves up for their usual unthinkingness.

Matty and Lewis are entirely different midfielders - and would have complemented one another perfectly - as was the plan at one stage.

However $ for $ - Matty wins it hands down, in so many ways.

Lewis has his significant weaknesses esp in a deeper role - the way in which he relinquishes possession, kicks it into touch (Sanches-esque) and loses concentration is frightening - no wonder Coops only gave him a bit-part role

Overall we are massively fortunate to have him and our game-changing international superstars like Our VIP.

We recruited wisely, we now have a manager who is getting the best out of our richly assembled squad, fair play to Sheez, his wider ever expanding Quorum and our Board for making the right choices.

The future's bright and I'm certain our new, new owners will deliver the next level, and beyond.........

Lewis O'Brien is good, very good at our level, but 40k a week good? (apparently)...
To be fair that’s his premier league wages, I don’t think his next move would be to a prem team so he will need to lower his wages, but even so I doubt we could match them.

Come on Daps for the ten years + that you’ve posted on here, you turn into a demented animal during the transfer windows. You’ve even said recently that the last window was a disaster. And I know you’ve recently said disaster was overboard, but you’re kidding yourself if you think you’re not going to go transfer loopy as soon as the window opens.

Might put him on ignore from June to September 😂

Over 20 years posting Neath, I have to put that record straight 😉

You have really dampened my slight hope for the summer now!
