Season 25/26 | Preseason Friendly Match Thread | Swansea v Stevenage | Saturday 19th July | 11am (BST) - 12pm (Local Time)

Who said Tymon was going to be out for 12 weeks? He had a slight ankle knock that wasn’t that serious. As reported by Tom Coleman. There were some rumours he had broken his ankle, but they were not true.
Someone on here actually. Was it magic Michu? Tom Coleman indeed - the paragon of journalistic excellence! Don’t let the match day thread authorship give you an elevated sense of self importance now will you

Moderator Comment: I quoted a source to you and if you think that source is not credible that’s entirely your prerogative. I don’t understand your comment about doing the match day thread? What elevated self importance do you think I get from using my own free time to do them? What did my post about Tymon’s injury not being so bad give you ammunition to have a personal attack at me? You have really perplexed me. I don’t understand what your issue is?

I’’m sorry but I don’t get what you are trying to say here? You posted about Tymon being out for 12 weeks and I just replied that the information about him being out for 12 weeks was incorrect. We were all under the impression he had done something bad to his ankle. I replied because you hadn’t heard that he was in fact ok, which was a relief to us all.

I do the match day threads because I love the Swans and I try and put the information regarding a match in one place, with easy access for the posters. I have no delusions of grandeur from doing it. I’m sorry if my reply offended you somewhat, it was just me replying that he was in fact ok.

You shouldn’t take everything so seriously - but you do sometimes show attitude. Only saying - we all do sometimes it doesn’t make you a terrible person.

Edit by Moderator: I don’t know who you are so I really don’t need an incognito (absolute) stranger to instruct me not to take thing’s seriously. I also don’t need you to comment about me about having any sort of attitude. You are a complete nobody to me. I also don’t need you telling me that I’m not a terrible person. Your opinions of me mean nothing, however, you keep making comments to me about things that have no relevance and you will be banished. Stick to football discussions, let’s not get personal.

Anyone wondering. Its not a traditional match of 90 minutes. It's 2 matches, 60 minutes each. That's why there is no stream. More of a training and fitness match.

It's 2 matches, 60 minutes each. Not traditional match. Hence no stream.
Another reason I'm glad I decided not to drive two hours down there today. Just been watching the Spanish news and weather, and the forecast for Murcia today is cloudless skies and a maximum temperature of 39°C. Anyone who sits out in an open football stand in that sun for two hours needs their head examined.

I can’t believe you actually wrote that and you thought that it would be fine? You thought you could judge me as a person? You don’t know me? You have no idea who I am? I have no clue to who you are? You’re just a a faceless poster on a football forum that thinks they can make inaccurate/incorrect judgments on a person. A person who was just trying to be helpful. Your post was extremely condescending to me. It was uncalled for. In no way was I trying to be any form of smart arse. I was just trying to convey the fact that the player was not injured as badly as we all first thought.

Decent odds on the Swans.
Swans, Dubois and Lions treble and I’m off to see Oasis.
