Can anyone genuinely explain how despite this being our worst points return at 15 games in the Championship since relegation that this is not as bad as Williams or Martin?

Fair comments. It's not that bad patch the issue for me it's that the tactics are getting worse and worse. People can go on about its been a period of difficult matches, but we look like a team too scared to shoot and also open so much. It won't get any easier after international break. He is on borrowed time now.

I don’t think this is a bad period, I think we’ve been pretty underwhelming from day one this season. Can anyone point to a good performance that wasn’t a 20 minute period in a game? Sheffield Wed maybe but that’s it.

I really liked us end of last season and I hoped that the caretaker pattern wouldn’t repeat itself but 15 games in, it looks like it has.

What factually makes this better than Martin and Williams?

Martin couldn't defend but atleast we had a decent attack which was helped by Piroe I must confess.
Williams was doing ok until the new regime came in and certain people wanted him gone from day 1.......he knew it was the beginning of the end from that point or even prior to it being confirmed.

Part of his problem is that he'll always be associated with people who most fans would never want anywhere near the club.

He's also the latest manager boring fans to death so the patience has started to wear a bit thin.

Imo a total rethink is needed when appointing the next manager. This football by numbers, cautious, chess like nonsense has to stop
