Sheffield Wednesday no goal in 9 games
1 win all season , they don't lose heavily .
Going for a 3 - 0 .
Watch out for Bruno Fernandez .

I think some of the posters on here excited for a drubbing may need to contain themselves a touch. This is absolutely, 100%, cast-iron a game that needs to be won, but Wednesday aren't shipping goals left and right. They're fairly well coached considering the circumstances, and 'only' conceded 13 goals in the last 7 league games. I imagine we'll cruise through in second/third gear, and win 2-0 or similar

There's always a healthy unease as a football fan when you're facing an opponent with a record like this:

But, as long as we play to the levels we've been seeing recently we should be coming out the other side with 3 pts.

Remember us playing Rotherham at home a couple of years ago when they were miles adrift at the bottom and we scraped a 1-0 through an own goal. Hopefully we'll make lighter work of this assignment.

Apparently there’s huge demand across the UK to watch 16th v 24th in the second tier during Sunday Lunchtime. It’s all the rage 😒
It's one of the reasons why I ditched Sky a few years ago. I would put any football on whoever was playing without thinking, watch for 10 minutes and find some drying paint to watch instead. And I was paying for the privilege.

Everybody wants to see Walta make his debut, then when he lifts his 8th Ballon d'Or in the years to come, they can say they saw his first game in British football...

That's the 2nd time you have mentioned Walta and asking fans to bring there expectations down. I know you wasn't a fan of my post, but I say let's enjoy the moment. Know one knows how he will turn out. But let fans enjoy or dream what they want. As I said in the other post, think it's over due that we all are excited about a new player with promise. And why not? Would it be better to get a league one player and keep our expectations low and then be suprised. Ala Galbraith. Great, its been good to see him do well. But sometimes it's nice that we sign a player that is highly regarded and we can all hope he lives up to it.
