Preston Tickets Sold Out!

For clarity. Are you saying that if anyone says, for example, they’ve missed a trick by not linking matches, that’s somehow ‘knocking the club’? Even when they’ve already said that it’s all great for PSR?

Bloody hell, it’s not a cult. There’s a few on here at the moment that seem to refuse to believe anything could be done better. Both on the playing side and on the commercial side.

A lot of things have improved, some small improvements, some huge improvements. But that doesn’t mean people can’t comment. A lot of things require a lot of improvement. Even now. It’s when people stop commenting and start not giving a toss you’ve got to worry.
I’m saying exactly what I said in the post you replied to. Some posters have to comment in the negative to pretty much every single piece of positive news. Adding mealy mouthed ‘I hope this or that’ doesn’t make their nonsense otherwise. A classic “fun at party’s” personality if you like.

True though. People could just say how fantastic it is we sold out for Snoop but no they’ve got to add more.
Says the one who was saying the new merchandise was ok if you were 14 🤣

Everyone has said it’s fantastic it’s a sell out. That is exactly why they’ve missed a trick by not linking the matches.

I’ve no idea what you’re referring to to be honest. I haven’t seen anyone at all be negative about this whether here or on twitter apart from, as I said, someone moaning about the t-shirts and saying they could have tried harder with the designs. Which is a perfectly reasonable point to make.

Well come on Lis you can’t see a man of my stature wearing a Snoop top can you?
In all seriousness any adult over the age of thirty wearing any of that needs their heads checked, let alone someone with your unique sense of style…

If we’d linked the games people would accuse the club of exploiting the fans ( yes I know we’ve done it before) let’s just accept it for what it is going to be…a fantastic occasion that will elevate the club’s profile…oh and the three points of course.

Sold out a home game on a Tuesday night, new merch flying off the selves and some still aren't happy.

What a time to be alive.
We are happy.

We just wish they’d made even more of it by linking games and getting two sell outs. Particularly given tomorrow is on Sky.

I’ll guarantee they’re of exactly the same opinion.

We’d only be exploiting the ones that are only going to see Snoop. I’m perfectly ok with that to be honest.

The thing I’m excited about is the fact that if we are able to beat both Bristol City and Preston this week there will be a huge feel good factor around the place. We all know that the 2 matches will be bloody tough and any result is possible, but getting 2 wins would be magical… especially with it most likely being the biggest ever Home FOOTBALL crowd we have seen at the stadium.

You have to also factor in there is a difference in about £10 each for the tickets between the 2 matches. As Dar mentioned these matches kicking off at 12.30 means lots of youngsters are tied up with their normal Saturday morning activities. I think we will sell a few more tonight and tomorrow morning for the Bristol Match and the crowd will be swelled a little.

Also I have to add that the Preston Match had cheaper tickets available through the tickets for key workers. That would have also led to the upsurge in ticket sales.
