• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

To the tune of dirty old town

We are Swansea,
Black and white,
Cardiff City,
Fucking shite!

Vipotnik scores,
Both Day and night,
We are Swansea,
Fucking dynamite!

Dont be daft, we have a whole back catalogue of chants, from old days and players that we can recycle.

Are we using the Gylfi Sigurdsson for anyone these days??
MARKO STAMENIC STAMENIC, MARCO STAMENIC NANANANANANANANA!

Or that yaya Toure one??
LEO, LEO LEO, LEO LEO, LEO WALTA!!

We had a good variation on Friday, even oldies like 'We all dream of a team of Alan Tates' & 'one man went to mow'.
Compared to a lot of other teams we do OK, especially away from home.

Yes but the best ones are a bit more inventive 😂

Our songs and I’m not sure how I feel on songs that are variations of past players.

Agree Away support is always more Raucous. But even Zan Vipotnik Swanseas number 9. We can do better for some words rather than nananananananana before it 😂

Single use, and no good for our players, but for on the spot innovation and imagination “he’s a diver, put Suarez in goal” will not be easily beaten.

Hard to beat 'Cambridge won the boat race' with accompanying rowing gestures at the Manor Ground, Oxford in the 90s for on the spot innovation. Still chuckle thinking about it :ROFLMAO:
