• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I’ve said for a while on here now that we’re not far away from top six under Matos. Much to the disbelief of others. Nice to see it properly visualised.

Hopefully it makes people realise we’re not quite the basket case they make us out to be.

That table misses out the Derby and West Brom games when he initially came in to be fair. Think we’re actually 10th or 11th since we appointed him. Still a fantastic job done by Matos none the less.

Can't read that, it's too small and when I expand it it's too blurred.

Where were we under Sheehan this time last year in his tenure table?

I like Matos a lot, but you can forget this nonsense; it’s a phoney war. Come back next Christmas.

Fair point. You can't take away from what Matos has done nor what Sheehan done last season.
hopefully Matos stays on course.

Matos has had 26 games in charge of us in the championship, this time last year Sheehan would have been on 7/8. It’s a much larger sample size to make a judgement from.

Point still stands. Come back when everyone is full throttle starting from zero after he has a pre season and his players.
