• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

TV seems to saturated with these type of programmes.

I tend watch from kick off and turn it off at the final whistle
Kick Off and The Final Whistle are both great names for a TV programme about football.

I’m not sure what to say about the anti “woke” types who are getting triggered by female hosts, presenters and pundits on these shows.

Let’s just say it as it is, and call it out as what it is, which is a sexist comment and opinion, conveniently disguised as an anti woke statement.

100% is sexist and misogynistic behavior, we can also add racist in some areas.

My comment you've replied to was more about me getting bored with the amount of shows there now seems to be about people talking about football.

I hope it didn't come across as me being one of these bigots.

Sorry for the late reply, but no my post wasn’t directed at your musings on the saturation point of football punditry on TV.

I replied to your post as I noticed that you’d inadvertently created two great names for a football show.

My post was, in fact, posted in response to the mood music of the thread which tended, at times, to heap the blame for the demise of Football Focus on the women pundits.

If that is truly the reason, then men’s football has got a long way to go to weed out this anti female sentiment amongst the fans of football clubs.
