This is a legacy of a very poor pre-season. It also shows there is much more to coaching than tactics and being present on the training field. I trust that Matos is sorting out the fitness and conditioning of the players, which whilst tough in the season needs addressing more than anything...

agree with this. I hope that he does not get recalled as I think he will be a valuable squad member for the way Matos plays.

    Jay Fulton

And Fulton will have played many less minutes than Grimes.

As long as we take the points off those below and around us we will be fine. Let's start with the Baggies and leapfrog them in the table.

I agree about Matos, he has done really well and got the team moving in the right direction. It looks like we have a decent coach now and it's shows the squad is competitive, yes some changes/upgrades required, but the recovery is underway (long may it last). It shows how poor Sheehan was and...

Not doubting him, just want to see more going forwards from him. We need that RB so him and Galbraith can develop their partnership.

I've been a bit disappointed with Stamenic, yes solid but just think he needs to offer more. He should be controlling games like this, however he lacks any creativity.

    Matt Grimes (not Jamie)

No wonder Lampard thought he had a good game, 2 forward passes and a shot is very adventurous from Mr Grimes.

    Matt Grimes (not Jamie)

I just looked up the word sycophant in the Oxford English dictonary and this was the definition Matt Grimes

absolutely not (IMO) The No 10 is an attacking midfielder who has to get involved in midfield, dropping back and making it a 3 in the middle, Widdell or Yalcouye are suited for this, Idah isn't (neither is Cullen). Personally for me Idah is a centre forward and needs to battle for that...

Tymon caught up field, which allowed their winger to go 1 on 1 with Cullen.

Just over 44 years ago, I was 8 at the time and didn't know anything about Swansea, where it was, even that is was in another country, but the ride has been great and long may it continue.

Is Galbraith Premier League quality?? He is good, very good, however not sure any Premier teams would be looking to sign him right now. Which Premier League team would he command a starting position?

The Leeds thing is rather complicated, I was brought up in the shadow of Elland Road, however I chose Swansea as my team (because they beat Leeds 5-1), however still live in Leeds and my daughter is a big Leeds fan (obivously I like them as well). Lot's of Swansea links with Leeds in the past...
