    New Manager

I completely agree. And I know I likely sound incessant, but Uwe Rosler is it for me, if he'd consider us that is. Over the course of the almost 700 matches he's managed, he's won 45% of them. Granted it's mostly Scandinavian top divisions, but it also includes the Championship, League One, and...

    New CEO

I won't claim to have any idea. Though, if I remember correctly, before the recent sale he owned somewhere in the 10-15% range (again, absolutely do not quote me on this). And through the sale I thought I read that he increased the size of his holdings. So, purely speculative, but let's say...

    New Manager

I think we need someone who's at least a bit established as a head coach/manager. Someone who has a bit of a proven track record. This would likely need to come from abroad.

    New CEO

I agree with all said about Coleman, but the thing we have to remember is that he's an owner of a sizeable chunk of the club. He's not someone that can easily be fired.

    New Manager

I think you're quite right to point out the side's he's managed. That said, he's only managed 100 matches in his career. He's lost over half of them. I would want someone with a bit more of a winning track record, regardless of the level. He just hasn't yet proven he can win.

And he's never done well in management. He's consistently lost almost twice as many as he's won. So, I guess he's a lock for the appointment then? :ROFLMAO:

I mean, I guess it could work. Are you willing to risk it?

Maybe Coleman thinks he comes with a palace?

    New Manager

Fair. Uwe Rosler currently at Aarhus in the Danish top flight has stabilized them as a solid third place team behind the 2 behemoths contract remaining is sizable, maybe 3 more years left or so salaries in Denmark tend to be pretty low, like lower than us low Has experience in our division...

No way that happens. We couldn't afford him, nor would he want to come here.

    New Manager

Uwe Rosler is not a wild suggestion. He honestly makes perfect sense. Have a read.

    New Manager

I may be wrong, but I believe he's in a bit of a dual role with the U23s and the senior team.

    New Manager

The biggest issues we will have in recruiting a manager will be the state of the club and the geography. If there's someone decent and available who at least is okay living in Swansea then that's half the battle right there. The state of the club......that's a whole other story.

    New Manager

Fair, but he's been out of management for what, 7 years, after having spent a handful of years managing in Qatar. It's not like we'd be trying to poach him from anywhere prestigious aside from maybe a beach.

Am I right in thinking it's only coincidence that a rumor of Steve Cooper to Boro came up this morning? There's surely no way he'd come back, nor we go after him, right?

Does Anyone Really See An Improvement?

Williams is done. The only thing saving him at this point is the cheapness of the ownership. If ownership had the foresight to see that relegation will cost us far more than whatever we’re paying penishead, we would have seen the back of that head long ago. At this point, A hungry manager like...

Even the negative nancies have to see were finally playing with intensity and purpose. If only we had a bit more quality.

    Howdy Saudi 👋🏻

I believe he’s Jewish. I’m a bit surprised he would put that to the side in the name of money. Who am I kidding? I’m not the least bit surprised by this lot anymore.
