Yes walked past the Queens and it seemed busy. Parked near Morgan's and most of the roads to the marina were very dark Even the seafront side of the waterfront museum and the arena weren't well lit. Maybe if all the redevelopment plans for the area around county hall will encourage more people...

Even allowing for it to be late Feb it was very quiet and as I say not welcoming. Done it in lighter nights and warmer weather but I was surprised that how very few places were lit. The tram museum was in total darkness etc. A few uprights to buildings would help.

Agree I took early retirement but a different situation as I have an occupational pension and state pension. That gives me the knowledge of how much my monthly income will be without including savings etc Although not having to rely on investments my thought process when I took the decision...
