We have today (22nd April) confirmed the closure of JackArmy.net on 31st May. Our reasons are varied but after a twenty-five year stint at the heart of the online Swansea City community, the time is right for us to bow out.

Yeah, that’s an odd thing. I’ve lost count of the times the dubs have hurt us rather than help. It’s been a bit better lately. Walta may help fill a void when he’s up to speed next year. He’s been looking better recently, although still work in progress.- LeonWasTheDogs

I hate to be constantly negative about him, but it’s like playing with 10 men. His only attribute is he’s our only other natural finisher after Vip. That’s not a bad point. We were a bit off it and Norwich looked the better side in the first half without really causing us many problems. I’ll take that even if it felt very much like a dead rubber.- LeonWasTheDogs

Is it though? The ball had gone and Vig had nowhere else to go one he’d committed. The Norwich player was also challenging in the air with nowhere to go once committed. Both honest attempts to win a ball that then wasn’t there to be won. If Burgess hadn’t cleared it would have been a 50/50...- LeonWasTheDogs

Same old Swans of the last couple of years. We’re pretty good between both boxes, not bad defensively, but pretty poor in the final third. It was very obvious today that when someone broke forward they often had no support. Nobody close to them and often no Vip in the box. We have to work on that.- LeonWasTheDogs
