The 300 or so who can fit inside will all need binoculars to see the game... Nice!

The Swan Dive: why Swansea’s attendances have taken a plunge?

We need the commercial team to visit this site every once in a while.... They will learn something!

The Swan Dive: why Swansea’s attendances have taken a plunge?

Not a bad idea to work with! Send some coaching staff and players to the regions schools for physical education coaching sessions. Complimentary tickets given to a different school each week in the region, for the school to distribute to pupils who have done well. This will be seen as a reward...

The Swan Dive: why Swansea’s attendances have taken a plunge?

Agreed... I was stating earlier in the thread about making the season tickets a much better proposal for supporters and that hasn't changed. The club needs to do some head scratching to boost supporter attendance. It won't be rocket science though - just make the season ticket offer more...

The Swan Dive: why Swansea’s attendances have taken a plunge?

I'd have to agree with this based on a little research. Everything more closely matches Swansea. Possibly include Sunderland in a comparison, too - although their population is a little more, it's not too significant to exclude it from the same bracket. All other metrics are very similar...

Well, that was embarrassing!! .... 🤔 lol. No idea where the "Clarke" came from! Corrected.

Things are most certainly looking up! Even before the window closed it was refreshing to see Key no longer afraid of the ball and other players being more confident... We're only looking upwards now, fellas!

The Swan Dive: why Swansea’s attendances have taken a plunge?

There's only one thing it could be! The answer to our problems then!... If Norwich can do it, at can we! WE NEED OUR OWN DELIA SMITH! Anyone know if Modric or Snoop are any good at cooking?

    The Summer Transfer Window Thread

Too often when a player has a bad time at a club, it's due to the manager not utilizing that player to their abilities, not necessarily the player at fault. Under Alan Sheehan I'm seeing someone who will give players a fair shake and explore their uses... It's early doors yet, sure, but I've...

The Swan Dive: why Swansea’s attendances have taken a plunge?

Wouldn't be worth it for season ticket holders - And these sales are essential as advanced funds for the club. Better off making season tickets better value. They don't have to be significantly cheaper... Just better value (partner and local business discounts, offers, freebies, competitions...

The Swan Dive: why Swansea’s attendances have taken a plunge?

Agreed, completely! Tickets should be sold in-house -- a simple enough operation, really.... Why pay a large company to do this for you when this likely adds substantial cost to the tickets?

'Recycled' beans, even! Will see the club owners start up onlyfans accounts to pay it off. Worth it though!

    The Summer Transfer Window Thread

I have to commend the club, recruitment staff, investors, owners... everyone involved in our recruitment this window! We've become accustomed to not seeing much - but this window shows sheer aggressive ambition, even before Idah was announced! Smart, thoughtful, tactical and positive buys all...

I'd rather no more players instead of panic-buys This has been a gre Didn't say we didn't. It wouldn't be the end of the world though as they'll manage. Theteam we have today is in a much better place than it was under LW. The business the Swans have completed already this window is great -...

    The Summer Transfer Window Thread

I'd rather no more players instead of panic-buys. This has been a great window for the club. I won't be massively disappointed if there's no more business completed today.I'd like it, obviously, but I think we'll manage okay.

The Missed Call That Matched a Legacy: Huw Jenkins, Leeds United, Dan James, and the Transfer That Never Was

I forgot about him! Totally agree! The Swans led the way showing what can be achieved with supporter ownership of a club. All Dineen had to do was stay honest.
