Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
I don't know if Cullen has developed a massive ego over the last few months but his constant arm flapping at teammates is particularly noticeable now.
It's fine to be frustrated but not to keep making out that your teammates are all useless (they do that on their own!), particularly when he is...
They did start off playing with more energy than usual and seemed like they wanted to impress Matos but it faded towards the end of the first half and just became like every other game we see down there, slow and ponderous.
We wait for the opposition to get back into shape, nobody bothers to...
Just got back from the game so not sure if it's been discussed but, apart from the completely gutless performances of all the players, the most disappointing thing for me was we seem to have yet another manager who makes like for like substitutions.
2:0 down with 10 minutes to go and he brings...
So we're getting a manager with hardly any managerial experience and giving him two guys with no coaching experience until his preferred staff are finalised?
It was implemented against City as a means to stifle and frustrate them. We hardly left our half in that game (for obvious reasons).
The fact Sheehan is using that game as a template to keep using the formation/system is baffling. Since City, we've taken 1 point from 3 games.
We looked so much...
Someone's really miscalculated the stock levels this season, there's several items now that have sold out almost immediately.
The travel jacket and the black keeper shirt still aren't back in stock either, despite selling out 2 months ago
That is true, which is why he wouldn't be my first choice. My original point was about Eom though, who doesn't create either but also comes without the goal threat of Cullen (having typed that, I just remembered Cullen's free kick towards the end of the game on Wednesday 🤦♂️ )
I get that, I just think Eom has shown so far that he's nothing more than a squad player at this level.
Cullen would offer more of a goal threat, as he's seemed at his best when he's arriving late into the box. Widell should be given a chance, given the money he cost and the hype around his...
