    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    Thank you though for all the memories

    Harry Darling …

    Sorry, but pinpoint passing and Harry Darling should never be in the same sentence. Some of his passes this season, even with Sheehan in charge, have been absolutely woeful. I would be happy if he stayed, but he's not irreplaceable.

    Alan Sheehan-Manager for Next Season

    It was a horrible game. However, we beat Derby 1-0, and Burnley could only manage a 0-0. So maybe he got it right.

    Totally agree with that. We should also think about changing which end we attack in the 2nd half. The way we currently choose means that the opposition are playing toward their fans in the 2nd half. I think that gives the a bit of an edge. Especially if they are playing towards a full away end.

    Darling is a decent defender, but not irreplaceable. His passing can be woeful at times and let us not forget the falling over display against the eastern lot. So if we can get a few pennies for him, then we should.

    I've read on a danish website, that Aalborg have informed the stock exchange out there that they have received a bid for him. I have no idea why they have to do that, maybe it's just the way it is out there.
