Did we miss Grimes today?

To bloody right we did.

However, the reason we missed him is because some twat, replaced him with Jay Fulton.

Coventry seem to have broken him already (from last night’s match report) 🤣

“Matt Grimes - making his first league start for the home side since moving from Swansea in January - lined-up a shot from just outside the box which the Rangers custodian saved at full-stretch”

We are utterly rudderless without Matt Grimes right now.

We are just a simple, vanilla flavored no-mark nothing football team. Just one of the invisible pack.

No playing identity, no control, no leadership.

We need Joey to step up into Grimes' massive boots, and be our corporate glue.........

We were all that even when Grimes was here!

I do agree that Allen coming in is a must though.

Did you see Portsmouth Hull Cardiff and Norwich away?

Let's put a ban on Grimes talk. We was shit with him. It's the coaching at the club. Plain and Simple. I'm fed up of talking about him.
Then we all need to stop replying to Dwight/Andy/LaJolla's latest account. He doesn't really support the club and he doesn't really believe the shit he talks about Grimes. He's spent his entire time across multiple Swans boards posting things to provoke a reaction. I have no idea why, perhaps he's sitting there yanking his pud furiously every time someone takes the bait.

I've responded to his nonsense, but I'll refrain from now on. If we all do the same, he'll go soft and get bored, then will hopefully depart.

A prescient BUMP

Without Matty Grimes, we are massively lacking control, finesse, composure, leadership and togetherness.

We are now unrecognizable as a Swansea City playing identity.

We are a mishmash of latent talent now playing to some random, losing, bonkers, made-up self indulgent playbook modeled by Martin and now re-modeled by an even twper make-wight in Williams.

Meanwhile, Matty drives Coventry up into 1 point from the Playoffs.......

Nobody gives a feck about Coventry..or Grimes now for that matter

That's such a proper whoosh moment, in so many ways.

We are now an unrecognizable rabble of mid table mediocrity without Matty.

We are rudderless, flailing without a cause - just like our hapless no-knob Manager. Playing some random scurrying, scrambling schoolboy footy.

Only proper Swans can see that.

That’s correct. Not that having Grimes was making a difference to results, as the problems with mistakes at the back and a toothless front line had nothing to do with him. But he helped give us a platform. If only we had some decent players to build on that.
