• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Your First Ever Game At The Vetch !?

Birmingham City November 1981. 1-0 Robbie James. Unusual 18:30 kick off for that time. All whites were playing Australia at St Helen's in the afternoon. I would have gone to the Sunderland game two weeks earlier but had bronchitis (I was diagnosed with asthma soon after). Main recollection...

My wife is, though in a mainstream school. Primarily she works one-to-one with SEN kids and lower ability maths teaching.

As a parent of a child with ASD then support is absolutely vital from schools, teachers and LSAs in conjunction with parents. I am ever thankful for the team at Calday Grammar in Wirral who took my son through to 'A' level success and just completing year 2 at UWE.

Shame, but once the rain came was inevitable. Too much time lost, but a good contest.

I think that was the consensus. Two tons each for Ingram and Kellaway and the big innings from Carlson (and poor Mason Crane's 99) have helped the batting. Crane and van Gugten leading the bowling with some good support along with Norton's emergence have shown otherwise. We are certainly...

Restart at 4:40 if no more rain. Warks need over nine an over. Glammy 8 wickets from 28 overs. Draw looks likely.

Lead of 300 at stumps. Five wickets in hand. Quick blaze in the morning. 300 may already be enough

I also believe he and Angela Rayner are more likely to call our Reform for what they are. What Rocknj says is correct. Anyone with a mortgage at renewal, anyone on any benefit, disability, chronic illness will be fair game. That's before any consideration of colour, gender, religion or...

That's pretty much how it would pan out. Although don't rule out the unexpected. A John Major.

Streeting is not popular in the party. Rayner is now favourite with the bookies. I suspect she may surprise people and has more balls than Milliband, Starmer and Streeting combined. The media will go thermonuclear against her which may in the end work in her favour. Burnham would be a safer...

I'm sure there are some black speakers of gaileige, but since they rap in a broad Belfast accent, it's not really imitating Chuck D!

They make a better team than the sum of the individual parts. Some good youngsters and a few old heads.

Sadly down to fifth with other results but very close to 2nd. Not bad for a team who were going to lose every game.
