Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
I would hope that there is more than a realisation that that's what needs to happen. It doesn't detract from the old saying about ''first impressions''. They may not be the knights in shining armour that we crave. I'm not judging them on one great gesture and won't be judging them on the...
Once he starts talking Metrics, Detail and The Project. I can see those flap caps being removed and lot's of bald heads being scratched by those baffled Lions fans. What the Donald Duck is he talking about.?
Must admit my cap came off a few times too when he was here.
I was certainly more pi66ed off then than I am now. Decent performances not getting the result it happens. Poor performances and picking up points that happens too. The window will be interesting along with what happens with Ben and Harry.
Yes the man was a genius.
Confuse the opposition and of course the fans. Some loved it I bet.
If he gets sacked before our game it will reduce our travelling support who want to catch that one last glimpse of their former Idol.
I remember being at the Vetch for a home game when Terry was in the final and the announcer on the PA system giving an update on the score in the final which had Terry ahead. Greeted by a huge cheer.
I suspect that was probably at half time of our game.
RIP Terry.
I would class that result as getting back the 2 points we lost at the death in last two games.
On the balance Derby deserved at least a point tonight.
3points is not easy to get there no matter how you do it.
Watching Welsh rugby has not been enjoyable for a while. Couldn't miss a game in the past. Forgot they were playing today just switched on and switched back to watch England Ireland.
Coventry have been notorious slow starters but tend to come good.
They win 3-0 at Boro who admittedly were down to 10 men. Lose 2-1 next game.
The two goals they conceded last night. One was a poor back pass one was a deflection. Hardly M Rs fault.
Looks to me that their board may think he got...
Cabango has always been a good centre back when asked to play the old centre back way. When he has a partner he is comfortable with he thrives. That seems to be the case now. When he was paired with the young Guehi under Cooper I remember One pundit claiming then they were the best centre back...
In fairness I've felt like that at this stage of the season on numerous occasions since our stint in this division. Somehow, someway we tend to go on a little run and avoid what I'm sure what will become inevitable in the near future. Not being able to score any goals makes that little run...
